Level 8

 Cave system


Level 8 is a sprawling subterranean complex of towering, rocky heights and deep, twisting burrows. The frigid caverns within the level and its resulting difficulty of navigation have rendered it effectively incapable of measurement; as a result, few have ventured into the level’s depths, and even fewer have made it back out.










Entities
Although the variety of species within the caves of Level 8 is limited, with the most predatory generally taking dominance, the level bears the signs of what was once a thriving, diverse ecosystem of coexisting organisms; it is hypothesized that the invasive Mortisdoptera were responsible for its potential downfall.

Level 9

 Darkened suburbs Level 9 , known as "Darkened Suburbs" or "The Suburbs" is an expansive, winding network of paved asphalt roads and residential homes, resembling a modern suburban neighborhood. Natural sources of light in the level are scarce, as aside from its permanent lack of daylight, which may serve as an obstacle for wanderers, lights emanating from its plethora of structures rarely tend to function. In addition to these hindrances in visibility, a thick, inky fog covers the level, shrouding its streets in darkness and impeding one's field of vision past a distance of approximately ten meters. Paired with the rough winds and storms that occasionally pervade throughout the level, its average temperature typically fluctuates around a brisk 10°C (50°F), making the overall climate of  Level 9  a significant obstacle for those wandering its streets. Level 4

 Abandoned office Level 4 , also known as the “Abandoned Office”, is an expansive, empty structure, with architecture resembling a modern office building. Most areas of the level are entirely devoid of furniture and other accessories one would typically expect to find in an office, although darkened indents strewn about its carpeting appear to indicate that furniture may have been present at one point in time. Due to the lack of inherent dangers, environmental or otherwise,  Level 4  is widely regarded as a safe location amongst wanderer groups.
